What is Radley Hub?
Radley Hub is a connected business workspace that brings your information, daily work and customer experiences together. It helps your team manage records, publish websites and forms, support customers, track performance and coordinate work from one place. You shape Hub around the way your business works: the information you collect, the stages work moves through, the people responsible and the results you want to achieve. ## A workspace built around your business At the centre of Hub is your workspace. It holds your team's records, tools, dashboards and activity. Records can represent the things that matter to your business, such as customers, enquiries, projects, properties or requests. You choose the fields and statuses you need, then connect related records so your team can see the wider picture. A customer, for example, can be connected to their enquiries and projects. Dashboards bring selected records and measures into a shared view. Activity history helps your team understand what changed, while assignments and notifications help people find the work that needs their attention. ## How the pieces work together Imagine a customer submitting an enquiry through a form on your website. With the relevant modules and workflow configured, that submission can become a record in Hub. Your team can assign responsibility, track its status and connect it to the customer. A dashboard can show the enquiries awaiting attention, while a KPI tracks progress towards your target. If the customer starts a chat, a Service Agent can answer from approved workspace knowledge or request human follow-up. Your team can pick up the conversation with its transcript and context available. The benefit is continuity: information collected at one stage remains useful as the work moves forward, reducing the need to copy it between separate tools. ## AI assistance with defined boundaries Hub's AI tools can help you design a workspace, find information, prepare work and review performance. Different agents serve different purposes, from customer support to operational tasks and business analysis. Their access and actions depend on how they are configured. Customer actions prepared by Service Agents require customer approval before a record is created. Your team can review agent activity and use evaluation tools to identify gaps in service knowledge. AI supports your team's judgement. Finding a source or generating a recommendation does not, by itself, establish that an answer is correct. ## Start with the work that matters most You do not need to configure every part of Hub at once. Start with one clear workflow—such as managing enquiries, delivering projects or handling customer requests—then add the tools that support it. If you manage more than one business, team or client environment, you can use separate workspaces from one account. Each workspace has its own records, members and configuration. To get started, decide what you need to track, who needs access and what a successful outcome looks like. Those choices give you the foundation for a workspace that fits your business.
