Change your site navigation order
Your site navigation controls the order in which pages appear in the header and mobile menu. A clear order helps visitors understand your site and find information quickly. ## Reorder your navigation 1. Open **Sites** in Hub. 2. Select the site you want to update. 3. Select **Edit site**. 4. Open the navigation editor. 5. Drag each page into your preferred position. 6. Save your changes. The new order is used across the whole site, including desktop navigation and the mobile menu. ## Choose an effective order Place the pages most visitors need near the beginning. For a help site, a useful order might be: 1. Home 2. Getting started 3. Articles 4. Frequently asked questions 5. Contact support Keep navigation labels short and descriptive. Use labels such as **Articles** or **Contact support** instead of longer instructions. ## Check desktop and mobile navigation Before publishing: 1. Preview the desktop version of your site. 2. Confirm the links fit comfortably beside your brand. 3. Switch to the mobile preview. 4. Open the mobile menu and check the page order. 5. Select several links to confirm they open the correct pages. If the desktop navigation feels crowded, shorten the labels or move less important destinations into the footer. ## Save and publish Save the site after making your changes. Publish it when you are ready for visitors to see the new navigation order. Navigation changes affect the whole site, so you do not need to update each page separately.
