Understand Sites content health checks

Content health checks help you identify sections or pages on your Site that may be missing important content before you publish. ## What content health checks Hub evaluates each section and page against the following criteria: ### Images Content health uses the same image resolver as public cards. This means: - Uploaded image attachments are correctly recognised as present images. - The check does not produce a false missing-image warning for sections that use uploaded attachments. ### Rich text A rich-text field is considered empty if it contains only empty markup (for example, an empty paragraph tag with no text). Empty markup does not count as body content. ### Categories An empty category array is treated as missing category content, rather than as a valid empty selection. ### Embedded media Valid embedded media (such as video embeds) is recognised as body content and does not trigger a missing-content warning. ### Collection pages When both a live (published) collection page and a draft collection page exist for the same collection, content health prefers the live page. This prevents misleading readiness warnings caused by a draft copy. ## How readiness is calculated The readiness score reflects whether a section or page has all the expected content in place. Scores are informational — they do not prevent publishing. A lower score may indicate: - A missing image. - A rich-text field that contains only empty markup. - An empty category array. - A collection page that only exists as a draft. ## Fixing a health warning Open the affected section in the Sites editor and add the missing content. Re-check the health score after saving. Health scores update when you reload the Sites inspector.
